CANCELLATION POLICY
Regarding the refund of registration and accommodation fees:
• If notified by August 1, 2025, the full amount will be refunded.
• If notified between August 1, 2025 and September 1, 2025, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 1, 2025.
All refunds will be processed within one month after the end of the tournament.
